Important Covid-19 Update from the ERS Team

In these unprecedented times, European Rolling Shutters remains focused on supporting and serving the needs of our customers.

Like so many of you, we have spent the last couple of weeks learning about COVID-19 and how it is impacting the world, the U.S., and the Bay Area–in addition to our employees, customers, friends and family.

We at ERS have always prided ourselves in taking great care of our employees and customers and we will continue that through this crisis.

We are all in this together.

In order to do our part in slowing the spread, we are following the guidelines of the County of Santa Clara and staying in a shelter-in-place mode. Per the CDC guidelines, we are practicing social distancing, wearing proper protection equipment, and also cleaning surfaces as much as possible. 

At this point in time, our team is working with minimal office staff at limited hours for answering telephone and email requests and to maintain a status of minimum basic operation. We have also decided to close our office doors to any visitors for the safety of our team and our customers.

We will make every effort to get back to you within 48 hrs or less. And if you are in need of emergency services, we are still able to address them in a timely manner.

Our technicians will only enter customers’ homes when it is absolutely necessary. We have increased safety measures, such as practicing social distancing, personal protection equipment, and additional sanitization practices. We have also given our technicians new guidelines for customer interactions to help our team members and you stay safe at this time.

Our supply chain is strong and we have been proactive in procuring enough products to ensure we can manufacture, install, and service all of our product lines as soon as a change or lift of the shelter-in-place order will allow us to move forward.

To our customers, especially on the front lines, combating this crisis, we support you and are doing everything we can to slow the spread of COVID-19.
